Find your repair


If you have recently sent your phone or laptop away for repair, you can view it and track its progress using this service. The repair database is refreshed every hour to provide you with the most up to date information.

The online repair tracking service allows you to:

  • View the current status of your repair
  • Track the progress of your repair and get email updates
  • View repair documents and any repair quotation (if applicable)


First we need you to provide some information about yourself and your device, so that we may retrieve your repair details:

  • Enter your repair reference or your T-Mobile number
  • Enter the postcode you used to register your repair

Where can I find my repair reference?

  • If you arranged your repair via one of our retail stores, your reference will begin in "191" and appear on the receipt given to you at the time of registration.
  • If you arranged your repair by calling our customer services, your reference will begin in "WB" and appear on the letter that was sent to you with the repair bag.
